Carmel, IN Area Guide

Located just north of Indianapolis in Hamilton County, Carmel is a small city on the cutting edge of today’s technology with award winning schools, businesses that grow and thrive and family oriented neighborhoods. Committed to maintaining its vitality, the city government helps the city grow using prudent planning and controlled expansion.

When you visit, be sure to check into Carmel's newly-established Arts and Design District, designed to promote small business. It runs from 10th street, near downtown Indianapolis, through Broad Ripple, and then crosses into Carmel at 96th Street, and extends into Westfield.

Offering business incentives, and wonderful venues for recreation, Carmel has become a city on the move up. A great place to start your career, settle down and start a family or start again, Carmel residents will welcome you with open arms, like a long lot family member.
Come visit and you’ll see what we mean!
