Six years ago we decided to purchase a condo in Indianapolis for our daughter to live in while she went to college. She showed us a number of condos and we decided on the one that we wanted. She did an excellent job of negotiating the price that we were willing to pay… Then our daughter (now married) and family decided to move back to our area we had a condo to sell. She and Bob were available for any questions. We were extremely pleased with the way Kincaid Realtors marketed our condo. We were pleased with the way it was marketed on their website, the little things that they did with staging to make it appealing to a buyer. Within three weeks we had an offer. They worked closely with us every step of the way (from 500 miles away) negotiating to a price that was acceptable. They assisted us in repairing a few items after the inspection. They know people. They expertly handled the paper work for the closing of the sale. Without reservation we highly recommend Kincaid Realtors.

Because of the outstanding real estate sales service provided me by Mr. Robert F. Kincaid, Real Estate Broker of Carmel, Indiana, I feel compelled to attest to Mr. Kincaid’s professional approach in selling my condo in Indianapolis, Indiana. As an absentee owner I was faced with the problem of finding a real estate broker who would take a personal and energetic interest in pursuing the sale of my 3 bedroom condo. From the onset he was presented with several challenges: e.g., interfacing with the existing condo tenant to assure a timely relocation; maintaining close liaison with the condo property management to assure prompt refurbishment of the unit for sale; assisting the tenant to find another place to live to assure the unit would be vacated prior to showing; and finding a buyer in a depressed market for 3 bedroom condos without having to dramatically reduce the sale price. Despite the above sales scenario, Mr. Kincaid was able to find a suitable buyer in a timely manner and effect a sale at a price agreeable to me. The arrangements for the closing on the unit were handled without difficulty by Mr. Kincaid as my “power of attorney.”
