History
- 1983 Robert Kincaid launched his career in real estate. Robert Kincaid’s loyal customer base was realized through his hard work at the F.C. Tucker Company, Century 21, Carpenter Better Homes & Gardens, and Kincaid Realty Associates Realtors and Developers. The company at that time focused on single family homes, multi-family units and land acquisitions. Bob was born and raised in Fishers Indiana. His local market knowledge is legendary. Since then the company has exemplified a steadfast commitment to service, hard work, and creativity.
- 1996 Shirley Mueller joined the company in 1996. The company officially incorporated December 10, 1997. At this time the company name changed to Kincaid Realtors, LLC.
- 1997 Kincaid Realtors differentiated itself in the marketplace by becoming one of the first residential real estate company to specialize in condominiums. The company grew and expanded their market share to include sales in just about every condominium complex on the north side of Indianapolis, Carmel, and Fishers Indiana.
- 2000 Kincaid Realtors introduces home staging services in a continuous effort to add value throughout the real estate process.
- 2005 Kincaid Realtors achieves a 89% referral rate. Single family homes again, become 50% of the business.
- 2011 Kincaid Realtors launches a new website designed to deliver improved services through their new comprehensive online SEO and social media marketing strategy.
- 2011 Members of the Kincaid Team achieve 2011 Five Star Real Estate status. They were selected and among the top 7% of real estate agents in the Indianapolis area in terms of overall customer satisfaction.
- 2011 Reinforced key outsourcing and strategic alliances with title companies, attorneys, accountants, mortgage lenders, and other specialists.
