Staging Your Home To Sell

Occupied Properties

For the occupied property, the Kincaid Team will offer gentle, professional guidance to allow you to see your home objectively, as a property to be marketed. The way we live in our homes and the way we market and sell our house or condo is very different. Home staging sets the stage throughout the home to create immediate buyer interest. While interior decorators personalize your home making it yours, staging takes your home and makes it a house or condo ready for sale.
